Product Description
HY563 is a one-component rubber modified polyvinyl chloride sealant, referred to as spot welding sealant. It contains no solvent, no isocyanate, anti-pollution after curing, environmental protection, excellent heat resistance and anti-aging ability. It is suitable for spot welding and sealing joints of automobile bodies, train cars, ships, etc. This product meets environmental protection requirements, does not contain harmful substances in GB18583 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Adhesives for Interior Decoration Materials", and complies with EU ROHS and REACH environmental protection standards.
Product Features
1. Solvent-free, silicone-free, isocyanate-free, non-toxic, neutral and environmentally friendly.
2. The surface can be painted and is compatible with most industrial paints. It can be sprayed after coating.
3. Excellent thixotropy and extrudability, wide applicable temperature range.
4. No primer is required, and it has excellent bonding properties to most metals such as aluminum, painted steel plates, and PVC, ABS, and polyester materials.
5. Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, superior tensile and compression resilience.
Curing mechanism
HY563 spot welding glue, curing method is heating curing. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing; the general heating temperature is 160~180℃, and the time is about 30 minutes, the customer can decide according to the actual operation process. 
Resistant to chemical media
The product can be resistant to fresh water, sewage, waste water, calcium carbonate aqueous solution, detergent, low acid, corrosive water solution, etc. for a long time, And short-term resistant to mineral oil, vegetable oil, fat, fuel, but not resistant to organic solvents, paint thinners, and high-concentration acids Alkali etc.
Main applications
Spot welding sealant is pre-coated on the overlapping parts of the steel plate welding, and fills the gap after spot welding to ensure sealing and prevent corrosion. Spot welding sealant is even more indispensable for those parts that are masked after assembly and difficult to apply weld sealant. Spot welding sealant is also suitable for small and medium-sized automobile manufacturing plants that do not have electrophoretic coating process equipment. The coating of spot welding sealant in the weld can compensate for the defects of the coating process and improve the corrosion resistance of the car body.
Instructions
1. The surface of the joint should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc.
2. Cut the glue nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
3. Cut off the sealant seal, install the glue nozzle, and put it into the glue gun;
4. Apply the sealant evenly to the joints, the thinnest part is greater than 1mm; when using a pneumatic gun, the air pressure is controlled at 0.4~0.8Mpa;
5. The product can be trimmed using traditional methods after curing.
Matters Needing Attention
1. Avoid construction in an environment below 5℃
2. Pneumatic pressure is strictly prohibited to exceed 0.6 Mpa, if it exceeds 0.6 Mpa, gas will enter the hard packaging tube, causing colloidal bubbles

Storage Method
Must be stored in a low temperature and dry environment, shelf life is 3 months.
Safety and Health
1. Do not contact the uncured sealant with food and cosmetics;
2. The uncured sealant should not be in contact with the skin for a long time;
3. If the sealant accidentally gets into your eyes, you must immediately rinse with plenty of water, and then ask a doctor for examination;
4. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
